For *monthly rentals we require a deposit for 50% of each month rental to reserve your stay. The deposit for each month is fully refundable if cancelled by 60 days prior to that month, 1/2 refundable if cancelled before 30 days prior to each month. After 30 days it would be refundable, to the extent we we were able to re-book the dates.
